Little over a month ago I started faze 1 of overcoming fear #1 during this Pinching the Ostrich jouney. You can read the article I wrote about it here. But I still had a video report to make on it. Well, it's finally done. Not that it took so much time to make, it took some time for me to speak openly about it. That too, is part of this journey.

Positivity: ✮✮✮✮✮
To finally think, feel and know that I was worth it, as a person, to grant myself the smile I had craved for for so long. Yes indeed, that takes overwriting quite a lot of negativity. It was a 5 star jump out of my comfort zone.
Playfulness: ✮
It wasn't so much thing of being OK with failure, or experimenting with option. It was all pretty clear cut.
Passion: ✮
This one required no additional knowledge or insight. Hence, 1 star.
Perseverance: ✮✮✮
Creating that point of no return did require a little perseverance in the beginning. To make that next call, follow-up appointment AND actually show up...you know how it goes.
Persuasion: ✮✮✮✮✮
Convincing myself took everything and more. I was my own biggest enemy. So what else is new.
